FAQ: How can I cancel my order?

An order consists of various components including the product, its packaging, toppers, date, time, place and mode of delivery. If any one of these components require changes, then the order automatically stands cancelled. No refunds are given against orders which stand cancelled.

However, if for any reason, you'd like to request a credit note for your order, it can be done within 24 hours of order placement. After that, orders will not be issued a credit note. The credit note is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is redeemable against Bleubury product purchase only from the website.

FAQ: I have received a damaged parcel/ product. What do I do?

We ensure all the products leaving our facility are packed carefully and with utmost care. In case, the products get damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the products on support@bleubury.in within 24 hours of delivery of our product(s). Bleubury team will then investigate and get back to you within 36-72 working hours and in deserving cases issue a credit note. Complaints made after 24 hours of date of delivery, will not be accepted.
