Shipping / delivery

i. Shipping will be done by the third-party services. Bleubury will not be liable for the goods during shipping / transport.

ii. Pick-up time (both self and ‘book your own’ pick-up) is between 11 AM to 7 PM from the outlet. Delivery can be made ANY TIME in between the time slot chosen. E.g if you have chosen 11 AM - 2 PM, the delivery will be made at any time during the slot depending on the agent availability of third-party delivery services and other factors beyond our control such as heavy rains, traffic congestion etc. Please make sure that there will be someone to receive the product on the day of the delivery. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book the product for an earlier date.

iii. If you would like to receive your product at a specific time, booking your own pick-up through delivery apps are highly recommended such as Uber Connect and Swiggy Genie between 11 AM - 7 PM. Please let us know prior to booking on the day in order to avoid delays in customer/agent verification.

Shipping options

i. For upto two treat boxes and/or same category boxes: Bleubury delivery via third-party delivery services or self pick up/’book your own’ pickup only.

ii. For three or more treat boxes and/or same category boxes: self pick up/’book your own’ pickup only.

iii. For one pound 6 inch cakes: Bleubury delivery via third-party delivery services or self pick up/’book your own’ pickup only.

iv. For two pound or heavier cakes or more than two boxes: Pick up is recommended by the customer. Cars are ideal and motorbikes are not recommended as bike rides could get bumpy and hot, and could ruin the cake.

Shipping & delivery policy service

i. Orders are accepted from around the world, for deliveries only in Kolkata currently.

ii. Lead Time for orders placed via the website is at least 72 hours.

iii. We strive to deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and Public Holidays) dependent on third-party delivery services.

iv. We guarantee on date delivery but do not commit to any fix time for delivery, only time slot.

v. All deliveries will be executed between 11 AM - 7 PM.

vi. Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:

  • i. Recipient not available
  • ii. Delivery not done due to the wrong address.
  • iii. Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
  • iv. Recipient refused the products for any reason

vii. Note: Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.

viii. You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.

    Delivery may take longer due to:

  • 1. Bad weather
  • 2. Political disruptions
  • 3. Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.

ix. Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five working days in advance.

x. For perishable items like our products, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

Delivery of products

In the event the order is made to deliver through any delivery services agency or any third party, Bleubury does not make any representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such order.

The products will be delivered through third-party delivery and the delivery made by them are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such delivery services companies.

Our delivery services partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.

In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order.

We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.

If delivery is not to a residential address:

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Delivery during unforeseen circumstances

We cannot commit to an exact time of delivery. Correct address and contact number is a must of the recipient for placing the order. In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. Bleubury reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to another date. The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order received by Bleubury. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to Bleubury, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Bleubury. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

  • Delivery not done due to the wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting /not reachable.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighbourhood.

Payment terms

You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you place the order (Product and packaging Price) and/or the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any.
