Order Cancellation/Refund Policy


i. Available slots are shown on our product page. You may choose your available slot and purchase it via our check our cart.

ii. Pick-up time is between 11 AM to 7 PM from the outlet. Delivery can be made ANY TIME in between the time slot chosen. E.g if you have chosen 11 AM - 2 PM, the delivery will be made at any time during the slot depending on the agent availability of third-party delivery services and other factors beyond our control such as heavy rains, traffic congestion etc. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book the product for an earlier date.

iii. Bleubury reserves the right to refuse service to clients who have unruly, threatening, and violent behavior.

iv. Joy-reserving or Cancelling an order is strictly not allowed. Joy-reserving may limit you from placing an order in the future.

v. Since our products are custom-made and need to be pre booked on the website, we do not allow cancellations. For this, we follow a pay-as-you-order scheme. Full payment of the reservation fee for the product is required to secure the slot and product. To order, please choose your preferred date and slot on our product page and settle full payment upon check-out.

  • A Bleubury team member may contact you upon fulfilment of payment to confirm your slot, to discuss final order.
  • Additional payments will be computed based on the final order, as well as your shipping/pickup option.
  • Payments must be settled during checkout. Once settled, your order will be considered booked into our system.

Refunds, Cancellations And Payment

i. No cancellation, no refund policy is also applicable to ALL products of Bleubury.

ii. We follow a no cancellation, no refund policy, since all dates are booked in advance.

iii. However, for orders cancelled within 24 hours of making the payment: the full amount will be refunded to your Bleubury Account (redeemable when placing a new order via the website only, valid for 90 days from cancellation date).
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of making the payment: No refunds will be available. No cancellation can be made within 12 hours of the initial time of the time slot selected for either delivery or pickup. E.g., If you have selected 11 AM - 2 PM for delivery, cancellations will not be possible at or after 11 PM of the previous date.

iv. Payment Options include RazorPay (for Indian residents) and PayPal (for international residents). Details will be sent to your email upon check out of order.

v. Changing dates/schedules is not allowed.

vi. Returns and Refund Policy No returns are allowed. You can write to us at support@bleubury.in

Bleubury is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Products are delivered to the incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the portion or whole of the order.


i. Once the slot is secured by settling the reservation fee, a Bleubury team member may contact you to discuss your order.

ii. Toppers and notes will be made with font and materials available - Bleubury does not have fixed fonts, methods and/or materials for notes and toppers. The notes may be handwritten as well. If you would like any specifications, please connect with us within 24 hours of order placement at support@bleubury.in

iii. Packaging boxes will be provided in available colours and size will be according to the contents of the box. Requests for particular types, sizes and colors of packages may not be placed.

iv. Any additional packaging attributes selected will be completed with our standard materials used for the special packages. Requests for particular types, sizes and colors of packages may not be placed.

v. Bleubury does not provide drafts of product designs. Photos of the products are available on the respective product pages.

vi. Orders may not be changed once confirmed and booked.

vii. DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER SUMMARY. Once your product is confirmed, changes will not be allowed.

Order Placement And Acceptance Of Orders

i. When you are placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such an offer is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (via email) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient’s name and shipping address. In the event, Bleubury cancels all or a part of your order, then Bleubury will either

  • issue a credit note/coupon code, after statutory deductions, if any, in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) to be used within 30 days for buying Bleubury products on the website, OR
  • Bleubury will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.

ii All payments made through payment gateway on the Bleubury website are subject to specific terms and conditions of such third party payment gateways.

Order Modification/Cancellation Policy

There are some orders which we are unable to accept and can be cancelled by our side. We reserve the right to cancel any order because of unforeseen circumstances.

Before accepting any order, we need to have some details and information from your side. If the order has already been accepted / prepared / dispatched, it cannot be cancelled / modified and you will be charged for the order.

Under unforeseeable circumstances, where time slot or date needs to be changed, clear notice of 48 hours has to be given prior to the original date of delivery / pick-up stated in the order.
